The Oxford United youth side are back on the road tomorrow as they face Gosport Borough away on Saturday (3pm KO).
Following the promising start to pre-season and with matches coming thick and fast, the young U’s get set for another test against the Boro, who are managed by former United defender Lee Molyneaux.
Gosport are a semi-professional side who play in the Southern League Premier Division South and will provide another good test for the academy side.
As Fabio Lopes, Nico Jones, Kyran Lofthouse and Aaron McCreadie all involved within the first team setup against QPR, it’s another excellent opportunity for the younger players in the squad to impress.
