It was another good weekend for the Oxford United youngsters who are out on loan.
Kyran Lofthouse was on the scoresheet for Oxford City, with left back Kevin Berkoe also playing 90 minutes in a 4-1 home defeat at the hands of Maidstone United.
There was a first start for Yoav Sade who played in midfield for Braintree Town against Wealdstone while Aaron McCreadie picked up another assist for Hayes and Yeading United in their 5-1 win at Hartley Wintney.
Owen James meanwhile played the full 90 minutes and created several chances for Chalfont St Peter despite their 4-0 defeat at Westfield.
Chris Allen told us
“We are keeping tabs on all of them and it’s good to see them playing regularly- we went and watched Yoav on Saturday and he was up against players who have played in the Football League, so that’s great experience for him. The only one not to play was Jordan Edwards on his loan at Abingdon who had a slight injury but hopefully is OK for the under 18s in the FA Youth Cup against Maidenhead at Thame on Tuesday night.”
