Oxford United have received written confirmation of Marcus Browne and Ahmed Kashi’s bans after their red cards at Walsall on Saturday.
Browne was shown a straight red card for a challenge on Zeli Ismail just before half time at the Banks’s Stadium and will miss the next three first team games: at home to Wimbledon and Charlton Athletic and away at Shrewsbury.
Midfielder Kashi ran on to the pitch to celebrate the third goal on Saturday, having already been substituted, and was shown a second yellow card, which means he misses one match: this Saturday’s home game against AFC Wimbledon.
United’s caution list to date is:
