Oxford United can confirm the appointment of two new Directors.
Horst Geicke and Zaki Nuseibah have been approved to become Directors under EFL regulations.
Horst is an entrepreneur, investor and patron in East and Southeast Asia, especially in Hong Kong and Vietnam while Zaki is a London-based financier and investor.
Chairman Sumrith 'Tiger' Thanakarnjanasuth welcomed them to the club, saying:
“These are two very exciting appointments to the Board.
"Darryl Eales’ departure has given us a chance to start a new board and both Zaki and Horst are proven businessmen who share my passion for football and I am sure will play a significant role in helping the club continue to move forward.”
