Oxford United’s Under 18s will get a chance to show what they can do on a bigger stage when they welcome Luton Town in the EFL Youth Alliance Southern Area Cup final on Saturday.
The youth team game will be played at Grenoble Road, giving the current crop of promising youngsters a chance to play a game at the stadium for the first time.
The U’s take on the Hatters on Saturday 31st March with an 11:00am kick off and tickets are now on sale from oufctickets.co.uk and 01865 337533.
Prices are £4 for adults and £2 for over 65s/Under 18s in advance, or £5 and £3 CASH ONLY on the turnstile for the South Stand Lower.
Leon Blackmore Such, Youth Team Coach, told us:
“First of all we’d like to thank everyone who has made it possible to play the game at the stadium. It’s a big thing for the lads and I know they are really going to be looking forward to the game now.
“It’s not just about playing on the pitch it’s also about the whole experience. It’s the day after the first team play Scunthorpe at home so hopefully fans will come along and enjoy a game of football on a Saturday and we can get a decent crowd in to create a great atmosphere for the boys.”
