Vacancies in the Oxford United Community Team
The Oxford United Youth and Community Trust continues to grow and is currently looking for enthusiastic coaches who would like to help develop the skills of children of all ages across Oxfordshire.
The successful applicants will be required to deliver a range of community activities to schools, clubs and organisations across the county. Responsible to the School Sports Manager and Development Centre Manager, the coaches will ensure that each child has the individual attention they require, while ensuring that regardless of whether the child is the strongest or fastest in a group, every child can fulfil their individual potential.
Essential
FA Level 1 Coaching Award
Current FA Safeguarding
Current FA Emergency Aid
Current DBS
Own Transport (Full clean driving licence)
Reliable, dependable, committed
Time Management
Good communication skills
High level of Customer Service
Taking initiative
Enthusiastic
Desirable
FA Level 2 or above
FA Youth Award or working towards
Other NGB Qualifications
Experience coaching 2 – 16 year olds
