Oxford United return to home action this week as the U’s take on Brentford and Birmingham City in pre-season friendlies.
Pep Clotet takes charge at Grenoble Road for the first time on Wednesday night as the U’s welcome the Bees. Having drawn with Middlesbrough and beaten Hull City in Portugal last week United take on Championship opposition for the third time this summer. New boys James Henry, Jon Obika, Fiacre Kelleher and Scott Shearer all feature for the first time at home while fellow new face Dwight Tiandelli could also play some part.
United then welcome Birmingham on Saturday for their final home game before the season starts.
