Hundreds of fans have been heading for the new OUFC store today after the Oxford United shop in the Covered Market was officially opened this morning.
Chairman Darryl Eales and players Kane Hemmings and Josh Ashby did the honours as the new shop opened its doors in the heart of the city.
Darryl Eales told us:
“It is a terrific thing for the club and great to be in the centre of Oxford. There was a good crowd there this morning and I think it will go from strength to strength.”
The new shop is part of the Market Barbers in the Covered Market - easily accessible from the High Street entrances to the market. We are pleased to say that season ticket holders get 20% off at the Market Barbers.
The store will stock replica kit, leisure wear, scarves, hats, gloves and gifts and will also be selling match tickets.
Initial opening hours will be Mon-Fri 10:00 – 17:00 with the view to also then open on Saturdays.
