Oxford's Big Weekend

9 February 2017

Join us this weekend: three great ways to get involved

It’s a big weekend for Oxford United with a double header of football, plus an after party at the Oxford City Stars.

This Saturday is ‘Fans Day’ as we welcome MK Dons to Grenoble Road. We took close to 4,000 fans to their place earlier in the season and are looking for as many fans as possible to come along this weekend and create another great atmosphere for the players to perform in.

Enjoy Newcastle in the Cup? Travelled with the U’s to Swindon? Then come and join us once more as we take on the Dons. There will be fun activities all around the ground including our good friends from the Oxford City Stars, and the Oxford Mail is supplying 3,000 yellow and blue balloons to add to the party occasion. Click www.oufctickets.co.uk to book your place

Then on Sunday our Women’s side kick off their new season with a home game against Everton. The game kicks off at 2pm at Northcourt Road, Abingdon and here’s what happened when Women’s captain Lauren Haynes met up with men’s skipper John Lundstram

Join us for both games, and why not make it an MK double header on Saturday at the Ice Rink where the Stars take on MK?

The Stars have moved the face off time of their match vs MK Thunder back to 7pm to create an Oxford vs Buckinghamshire double header. Tickets are just £10 and can be bought HERE
