Heroes Return This Sunday

5 October 2016

Two United heroes come home this Sunday

This Sunday sees two heroes of Oxford United return to the club as the U’s welcome AFC Wimbledon in Sky Bet League 1.

Steve Biggins broke the club scoring record in 1984 and was a hugely popular striker as Jim Smith’s side climbed the leagues. The former Shrewsbury forward’s header to beat Manchester United remains one of the great moments in Manor Ground history.
More recently Johnny Mullins was a key part of the side that won promotion last season and the former Rotherham man became only the third man to skipper the U’s at Wembley.

We are pleased to say that both Steve and Johnny will be with us this Sunday so come along and welcome them home.

Tickets are available from www.oufctickets.co.uk and from 01865 337533

Kick off is at 12.15 so get here early and join us for a great afternoon of live football.
