Prices Cut for JPT Second Leg

15 January 2016

Get behind the U's for the second leg of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy area final

Oxford United’s Johnstone’s Paint Trophy area final second leg against Millwall has been confirmed for Tuesday 2nd February (7.45pm) and ticket prices will be reduced for this game.

The U’s take a 2-0 lead into the second leg and with a Wembley final awaiting the winners there should be another bumper crowd at the Kassam Stadium.

Tickets have been cut to just £10 for adults and £5 for over 65s, under 18s and students and will be available online at www.oufctickets.co.uk from 6pm today (Friday 15th January). They will then go on sale by phone (01865 337533) and in person from the Ticket Office from 9.30am on Monday morning.

Tickets will be on GENERAL SALE and season ticket holders should note that they have their usual seats reserved until 5.30pm on Friday 22nd January.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get behind Michael Appleton and his side and the club is urging as many fans as possible to come along and show their support. Prices are even lower than they were for the semi-final win over Yeovil and Chairman Darryl Eales said
“We have talked to fans and reviewed our price structure after the semi-final and by reducing prices to ten pounds we hope we will be able to fill the ground. The players responded to the big crowd against Swansea last Sunday and I thought the supporters who travelled to the Den last night were brilliant as well.

“We are asking  as many Oxford fans as possible to come along and enjoy what I am sure will be another dramatic night of cup football.”

Please note that with a big crowd also expected on Sunday for the home game against Bristol Rovers, tickets for Millwall will only be available online over the weekend and not be available from the ticket office on Sunday.

Oxford United’s Sky Bet League 2 home game against Northampton Town has been rearranged due to the two clubs’ FA Cup commitments. The game will now take place on Tuesday 16th February, kick off 7.45pm
