Tickets available for Hartlepool and WycombeWith demand exceptionally high for home tickets for the final scheduled league game of the season, against Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday 7th May, Oxford United have put the following system in place for this match.
Tickets for the Wycombe game are available from www.oufctickets.co.uk and from 9.30 on Monday morning from the ticket office in person and by phone from 01865 337533
These are available to
• Season Ticket Holders, who can buy ONE guest ticket per season ticket
• Fans who already have a ticket for the home game against Hartlepool on 23rd April
• As a package for the final two home games, ie. Fans can buy for Hartlepool and Wycombe at the same time
The Ticket Office is open Monday – Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm and on Saturdays when the team are at home from 9.30am – 3pm with the online service available 24/7.
Any remaining tickets will then go on GENERAL SALE ONLINE FROM 5.30pm AFTER THE Hartlepool game, or from the ticket office, as above, from 9.30am on Monday 25th.
Guide to purchasing online for Wycombe
a) If you are a season ticket holder buying your one guest ticket
You will need to log in to the account connected to your season ticket card, as this account is activated to allow purchase of one Wycombe ticket. If you have never logged into your online account before you will need to click ‘Activate My Account’ and enter the fan number on your season ticket card.
If you have trouble logging in, or when you log in you are taken to an account which isn’t your season ticket account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org who will rectify.
b) If you are a fan who already has a match ticket for Hartlepool (not including Season Tickets)
If you wish to purchase online for Wycombe you will need to log into the account that you bought your Hartlepool ticket on. If you do not log in to this account, the eticketing system will not recognise that you already have a Hartlepool ticket. If you purchased your Hartlepool ticket over the phone from the ticket office, you will need to call the ticket office to claim your Wycombe ticket.
c) If you have purchased multiple Hartlepool tickets on one online account and wish to purchase multiple Wycombe tickets online
Your online account will recognise that you have purchased for Hartlepool, but will not recognise how many, and will hence only allow purchase of one Wycombe ticket. In this instance you will need to assign the other tickets to the supporters who will be using them in the ‘My Account’ section of eticketing. If you are unable to do this as the other supporters in your party do not have an eticketing account, please call the ticket office who will be able to issue the correct amount of tickets.
