Young U's take on the Grecians
Oxford United’s Under 18 side head for Exeter City tonight in the second round of the FA Youth Cup.
The U’s enjoyed a comfortable win over local rivals Kidlington in the previous round to set up a trip to St James Park this evening to take on the Grecians, with a home tie against Bolton Wanderers the prize.
United, who have won their last three games, are in good spirits as coach Leon Blacmore-Such told us:
“We’re looking forward to it. Everyone’s fit and available and we’ve been playing well. We were all at the Kassam Stadium to see the first team go through in the FA Cup last night and it would be fantastic if we could match that tonight.”
