James and Aidan to stay at Chester and Brackley for longer
Two of Oxford United’s promising young players have extended their loans away from the Kassam Stadium.
Striker James Roberts has agreed a one month extension to his loan at Chester City while right-back Aidan Hawtin is to stay at Brackley Town for a further month. Both players have recall agreements for the U’s in their loan arrangements.
The U’s have agreed that Aidan can play for Brackley in their Emirates FA Cup first round tie at home to Newport County this weekend.
