Oxford United are currently looking for three new people to join the backroom team at the Kassam Stadium.
Corporate Sales Executive
Role: To help drive all club B2B revenue streams as part of a pro-active corporate sales team. Working to pre-agreed revenue targets and following the club’s Corporate Sales Strategy.
Description: The Corporate Sales Executive must have a proven track record of successfully working in a dynamic and targeted B2B sales environment. A well-presented self-starter who is motivated by working to clear targets on calls and revenue. In addition to this, support for all areas of the football club business function will be vital.
We are looking for a confident communicator who is happy when talking to groups of people as well as on a one-to-one basis. A hard worker who is willing go the extra mile in looking after clients and exceeding all targets. As part of the business team at Oxford United, they will support the development and growth of all club revenues streams.

Sales Support Administrator
Role: Supporting the club’s outbound sales teams activity and assisting the Director of Business Operations to grow club revenues
Description: We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to work on a number of projects concurrently. Experience of working in a dynamic and fast moving target driven sales environment is preferable. You will need to show an understanding of how sales teams operate and the support they require on a day-to-day basis.

Kit Manager
Role: Forming part of the first-team backroom staff, the Kit Manager will have day-to-day responsibilities for all first-team and development squad kit and equipment logistics. The successful candidate does not necessarily have to have a football-based background, but must have outstanding organisational skills and a high work ethic. They must also be prepared to work weekends for both home and away fixtures, and bank holidays.
The successful candidate must also be able to work in a team environment and capable of working under pressure, with elite first-team players and management. A full driving license is required. The successful candidate will most probably be based in the Oxfordshire area.
