Max Crocombe gets NZ Call Up

Keeper gets first senior call

Oxford United goalkeeper Max Crocombe has been called into the New Zealand senior squad for the first time.

Max, 21, has represented his country at under 20 level and has now been called into the squad to play Korea Republic in Seoul on 31st March.

He told us:

" It is an ambition I have had ever since I first played football and a very proud moment for me and my family. Playing for the under 20s at the World Cup was a fantastic experience and taught me so much. The senior squad will be a step up but I can't wait to join up with the squad."
