Dates for the Diary as United look ahead to the new season
Excitement is starting to build as we edge towards a brand new season and there are now less than two weeks until one of the most anticipated days of the summer for all football fans - Fixture Release Day
The date for your diary is Wednesday 17th June when all Football League fixtures will be released at 9am.
The full list will appear right here first at oufc.co.uk as the U’s look to start the season in the same winning fashion that they ended the last.
A day earlier and the U’s will find out who they face in the Capital One Cup. This season marks thirty years since the U’s won the competition at Wembley in 1986, and will be the fourth and final year of Capital One’s sponsorship deal.
The Round 1 draw Capital One Cup will be released at 10am on Tuesday 16th June 2015 and of course be right here as soon as it is made. Full details of the seedings will be announced closer to the draw.
The Sky Bet league 2 season kicks off on Saturday 8th August with the Capital Cup first round games being played in the following week.
