Pre-season continues at the ASM Stadium
United's young guns get a chance to shine when they visit Thame United tonight in a pre-season friendly.
Callum O'Dowda, impressive at Eastleigh on Saturday, will be hoping to press his claims for a starting place for when the U's kick off the season against Crawley. The Irish under-21 international is in a squad that sees James Roberts and Patrick Hoban paired up front. In defence Chey Dunkley and Sam Long team up as centre-halves with Aidan Hawtin and Freddie Grant likely to feature as full-backs. Michael Collins, Josh Ruffels, Josh Ashby, Sam Humphreys, Robbie Cundy, AJ George and a couple of trialists are all involved, while Wayne Brown will act as cover for Max Crocombe in goal.
Former United youngsters Dan West and Henry Owen are included in Thame boss Mark West's squad.
It’s a 7.30pm kick off at the ASM Stadium and turnstiles will be open from 6.45pm. Prices are: Adults £5, Concessions £3.
