Ava called up to face Ireland
Oxford United are proud to announce that exciting Centre of Excellence prospect Ava Kuyken has been selected in the England schoolgirls under-15 squad to play the Republic of Ireland in Dublin on March 21stKuyken, who has starred in United's under-15 side this season, earned her call after a training camp and Richard Blackmore, United's Centre of Excellence Manager, said
"It's more great news for us. We are seeing an increasing number of our players being called into international squads at all age groups and that is a great reward for all the coaches and for all the hard work that everyone puts in. Ava had done really well this season and been a credit to the club and to her family. I am sure she will do really well."
