Sunday night football as Women face the Glovers
Oxford United Women return to WSL2 action this Sunday, 12th April, when they welcome Yeovil Ladies to Abingdon United’s Northcourt Road (7pm)
Les Taylor’s side won their opening game with a thoroughly entertaining performance against Watford but were then beaten 3-0 away at Durham despite dominating long periods of the game.
“The performances have been good in both games” Les told us “but we conceded an early goal at Durham and then didn’t take the chances we had to get back into the game. Hopefully we can put that right against Yeovil on Sunday.”
Taylor has a full squad to choose from and it’s the ideal way to end the weekend so come along and join us on Sunday evening.
