Team News
Following on from Tuesday evening’s excellent 3-1 win over Accrington Stanley, United were boosted by good news ahead of Saturday’s match against Stevenage. A minor knock saw top scorer Danny Hylton substituted after another fine midweek goal, but he only missed a day’s training and is set to be involved on Saturday.

Brian Howard put in an excellent performance on his debut in the same game only to be taken off as a precaution, but stands by to keep his place in the team after recovering.

Jon Meades, who was sent off at Cheltenham in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy, has completed his three match ban and competes for a place in the squad. There was further good news from the United camp as Ryan Clarke and Andy Whing have stepped up their recovery from operations in the summer, and should both take part in a development squad game next week.

See Danny Hylton, Tom Newey and Micky Lewis looking ahead to the game in Yellow Player as well as a great interview with Head Scout Craig Dean.

The Opposition
Stevenage manager Graham Westley confirmed that striker Calvin Zola misses the game through a reccurring hamstring injury. Defender Andy Bond also misses out due to a three match suspension following a sending off in recent weeks. Also unavailable for Boro due to injury are Dean Parrett and Simon Walton.
