TEAM NEWS
United captain Jake Wright is set to miss out on the trip to Cambridge United on Saturday. (12.15pm)

The defender has been undergoing treatment this week after pulling out of training last Thursday with a knee problem that subsequently ruled him out of the win over Newport on Saturday. With Tyrone Barnett also ruled out due to suspension after his sending off against Newport, United will also have to reshuffle further forward. Carlton Morris stands by to take his place in the starting line up.

See a full interview with Michael Appleton plus a superb Preview Show featuring video interviews with Johnny Mullins, Michael Raynes and Manor Ground legend John Shuker – all in Yellow Player right now.

THE OPPOSITION
Having beaten leaders Burton in their last game Cambridge have made a very encouraing start on their return to the Football League. Experienced manager Richard Money believes that one good run can push any side close to the promotion places in League 2 this season .

"It looks to be the type of league where one win gets you looking at the top end of the table and one defeat keeps you looking over your shoulder," said Money. "If you can put two, three or four results together you can see the significant jump that you can make in this type of table. That has to be our aim in the short term. In the long term we're still finding out exactly where we think we can finish, but let's hope we can have a season that gives us some stability if nothing else."

Money is aware that the Yellows have had a decent run of their own in recent weeks:

"Michael's worked at good levels in the game, as has Derek Fazackerley, who works with him, and they are very modern in their philosophy," said Money. Their results recently have been particularly good and what looked a difficult start suddenly becomes some real green shoots of promise, and they've played particularly well in recent games.

"They're trying to play football all over the pitch, so that in itself presents a challenge which we have to really make sure we meet in the right way."

Tom Naylor serves the last of his three-game ban, but Luke Chadwick might be in contention to return to the home squad
