We look ahead to Saturday as United head for Grimsby Town in the FA Cup.

TEAM NEWS
United are without the suspended Danny Hylton who picked up his fifth booking of the season in the game against Wycombe last Saturday. Loanees Tareiq Dennis-Holmes, Joe Riley and Tyrone Barnett are all available but keeper George Long does not have permission to play and so Max Crocombe steps back into the squad.

With Alex Jakubiak's loan having ended young striker James Roberts could make a first start in place of Hylton while Callum O'Dowda impressed in the Wycombe game and could earn a recall.

THE OPPOSITION
"It's a cup game and they're crazy – everyone chucks everything at it for 90 minutes and anything can happen" that's the verdict of former U's striker Jon-Paul Pittman who is now at opponents Grimsby. "You can't look too much at league places and form, you've just got to approach it for what it is which is a cup game with the potential to be a bit helter-skelter!" Pittman added.

Pittman has recently returned to the Mariners' squad after injury but has had to be patient while they have won their last five games to rise to second in the table "I've been doing everything I can to try and get in the gaffer's thoughts for tomorrow" he said, "but he's a good manager, he knows what he's doing so I've left him to it and kept my fingers-crossed."

Grimsby have an injury doubt over skipper Craig Disley while midfielder Harry Pell is ineligible under the terms of his loan from AFC Wimbledon
