Reaction and Highlights from Oxford United's Sky bet league 2 game at Dagenham and Redbridge
Dagenham Verdict
United were beaten in the cruellest of fashions at Dagenham on Saturday. An 89th minute own goal from Matt Bevans was a Dagger blow as United lost 1-0. Find out more about the game here:
Gary Waddock
“We created chances to win the game but weren't clinical enough and to lose to a goal like that so close to the end was devastating. The players had worked very hard and deserved something out of the game but now we have to dust ourselves down, get ourselves winning games and go again against Fleetwood on Saturday."

Dagenham boss Wayne Burnett
“I am absolutely ecstatic, I am delighted that we have managed to get the win eventually.
“It hasn’t been for the want of trying; it was a bit fortuitous to say the least but we’ll take it anyway we can. We weren’t overly threatenening in front of goal, but I think we threatened their goal more than they did ours. We had a lot more possession and it will be interesting to see the stats. We lost it up there in injury time, but you’ll take a win anyway you can. I would have been gutted if it would have happened to us but it hasn’t. I think it pans out over the course of the season."
