Oxford v Swindon on Sunday
The Yellow Army are once again backing Oxford City Stars this Sunday as the partnership between the Stars and Oxford United Supporters continues to grow.
The game on Sunday is against Swindon, and the Yellow Army are calling on Oxford United fans to turn up in big numbers, and make some noise to support the Stars in the big clash.
Joe Nicholls of the Yellow Army said, "We are delighted to be able to support Oxford City Stars once again, especially as it's against Swindon. There will be a great atmosphere, and it would be great to have another big turn out of Oxford United fans. It's half price entry for Oxford United followers (£3 adults, £1.50 under 16s and over 65s) if you show your season ticket or Big Match ticket stub on the door. A big crowd is expected, so come and join us for an exciting evening of Ice Hockey against our biggest rivals"
Matt Organ, a fan of both clubs says, "The rivalry with Swindon means the game has that added excitement. If you haven't watch the Stars before, then this would be a really good game to come to for your first experience. Over 200 Oxford United fans came to the first Oxfordshire United game against Peterborough, and we hope to see even more there on Sunday evening"
Face off is 6.15pm at Oxford ice rink .
