Charlton Athletic v Oxford United game goes ahead tomorrow
Tuesday night’s game at Charlton is set to go ahead following a pitch inspection this afternoon.
Although Charlton’s home game against Barnsley was postponed on Saturday there have been covers on the pitch since then with heaters to dry the surface out and following a 1.30 inspection by a local official the game goes ahead as planned.
There will be a further inspection tomorrow by the match official and Charlton have said that they will make every effort to facilitate an early decision.
Tickets for the original game remain valid for the re-arranged date and supporters who have not got a ticket can pay on the night.
