A full guide to tonight's game
We look ahead to Oxford United's Sky Bet League 2 game at Newport County tonight.
TEAM NEWS
United have no new injury worries as they head for South Wales. Alfie Potter and Ryan Williams both made their returns after injury in the win over Mansfield on Saturday and are involved again tonight giving Mickey Lewis plenty of attacking options. United played four out and out forwards on Saturday - Dave Kitson, David Connolly, James Constable and Deane Smalley- and Lewis must decide whether to stick with that same side as The U's look to extend the only unbeaten away record in the Football League.
Sean Rigg and Michael Raynes remain doubtful but should be fit for the trip to Morecambe on Saturday while skipper Jake Wright is targeting the visit to Rochdale the following weekend for his return.
See Mickey Lewis previewing the game and talking about the selection options in Yellow Player where we also have a great 20minute Preview Show featuring Jake Wight, Danny Rose, Paul Wanless and a look at this week's soccer courses..
THE OPPOSITION
Newport remain confident that the game will go ahead. The pitch is much improved after the recent problems and with a favourable forecast the game is set to be played. There is a precautionary pitch inspection at 1pm today - full news right here and with @OUFClive on Twitter.
Manager Justin Edinburgh expects a difficult game: "Oxford are a tough proposition. I saw them play on Tuesday night and they are very strong and hard to beat. They have a fantastic away record, but at some stage everybody must have a fall and, hopefully, that will be against us.We didn't play well at Chesterfield last weekend, but some of the other performances have been good without quite managing to find the goals to get the results we would have hoped for."
Former United defender Harry Worley misses out after picking up his tenth yellow of the season but Adam Chapman will be out to impress against his former club.
