Matchday Magazine for Bury

11 December 2014

Full-size matchday magazine on sale Saturday

United welcome Bury to the Kassam Stadium this Saturday (3pm) and with a bumper gate expected we have produced another excellent edition of the matchday magazine.

It's the last home game before Christmas so as an extra present we've packed the magazine with interviews galore. The big interview is with midfielder Danny Rose, who took time out from his daughter's nativity play to talk to us and told us how he deals with periods when he's out of the first team. Sam Humphreys told us what it was like to be on the bench for the first time last Saturday while new signing Wes Burns talks us through his first few days at the club. In addition, we spoke to Tyrone Barnett, who plays the last game of his loan spell this Saturday, about his current run of form.

Riding high in the UK charts at the moment is David Guetta, and you can win his latest album on our competitions page. Or if that's not your thing, try your hand at the half-time quiz - no prizes but plenty of challenging questions. Our cover star is Michael Collins and if you want to find out what his favourite song is then check out his First, Last, Always page.

Chairman Darryl Eales outlines some exciting future developments, while head coach Michael Appleton and captain Jake Wright have their say. We have our usual round up of events around League Two, plus an in-depth look at the Shakers.

We have action, we have history, we have statistics and we have some great editorial features, so make sure you pick up a copy of your matchday magazine for just £3 (plus a copy of Saturday's Oxford Mail while stocks last) from sellers around the ground. Or if you're one of the few who won't be at the game, you can download the magazine from our website at from 1pm on Saturday (or 9am if you're a subscriber).
