The draw for the first round of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy takes place on Saturday
Fresh from the excitement of drawing West Bromwich Albion in the next round of the Capital One Cup, United fans will be considering an alternative route to Wembley when the draw is made for the first round of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy on Saturday. The draw will take place live on Soccer AM on Sky One this Saturday at approximately 10.10am.United have been placed in the Southern Section, West and could be drawn against Swindon Town, Portsmouth or Wycombe Wanderers, among others. We will publish details here as soon as the draw is made before setting off to Mansfield. The games are due to be played on Tuesday 2nd September.
