“It was not acceptable. Not acceptable to me, the directors or the fans. We seem to have as losing culture here and that has got to change. There need to be changes and today's just clarified a few things that I thought needed to happen.
"We have wasted a wonderful opportunity this season. You don't get too many of those in your career and now we need to start rebuilding for next season."
