Director helps out as United stick together
United We Stand has been the message this season and the whole club has been playing its part in United’s impressive start to the campaign.
With The U’s currently second in the table and fans giving the players superb support, it is the ideal time to buy a season ticket and Director Adrian Lenagan has been at the heart of a new campaign to spread the United We Stand message.
Adrian has taken time out of a busy schedule to personally telephone fans in recent weeks as part of a special sales team selling season tickets. Adrian explained:
“I think it important that the whole club works very closely together, and that is true right the way up to Board level. I am fortunate enough to have a sales team in my usual business and I volunteered to play my part and join them in calling fans who hadn’t yet renewed their season tickets.
“We held back from announcing that this was what we were doing because it was nice to hear the surprise in fans’ voices when they realised that one of the Directors was calling them directly and willing to talk about the club and the season ahead.
“I thoroughly enjoyed talking to them and the response was overwhelmingly positive.”
Adult Season Tickets are available for the remaining 19 home league games from £268 - that’s just £14 per game - and for under-16s for £77 for the family area - £4 per game. Under 11’s can buy from £55 - that’s just £3 a game
