Duo join Jake as United face Daggers
United have had more good news this week with Sean Rigg and Michael Raynes both returning to full training and looking to be part of the squad this Saturday as United welcome Dagenham and Redbridge to the Kassam Stadium.
Winger Rigg has missed the last four games with a hamstring problem but has trained fully all week and looked sharp. Raynes meanwhile returned to training today after a hip injury and provided there is no reaction he is likely to join Rigg and fit-again skipper Jake Wright in the squad against the Daggers this weekend.
“We are starting to get the experienced players back” Manager Chris Wilder told Yellow Player. “Sean and Jake have trained all week and had no problems so they will definitely be involved and Raynesy should be OK as well. The squad have done brilliantly over the last three or four games but having those three back will give everyone a lift as we go into the Christmas period.”
