Coaches required
Coaches required, reporting to the Academy Manager, Youth Phase and Foundation Phase Lead coach.The Oxford United Academy develops promising players, ranging from the reserves to young players from the age of eight. Each post will be allocated a specific age group to work with.
The successful candidates will follow a coaching syllabus and deliver coaching sessions accordingly, provide session plans before each session and collate formal assessments and verbal assessments on a periodic basis.

Skills and Knowledge Required
• Possess the minimum UEFA B Licence
• Hold the FA Youth Award Module 1, 2 and (3 desirable)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills
