Injury update ahead of Saturday's big game

There was more good news from the training ground this morning as Adam Chapman got the green light to resume training.

The influential midfielder has missed the last three games with an ankle problem but trained lightly today and is set to return to full training tomorrow. With Andy Whing also easing back into training this week and Harry Worley and Peter Leven now fully involved with the squad once more United would usually hope to be moving forward on the injury front.

However, Lee Cox and Wayne Brown both suffered groin injuries in the 3-2 win over Wimbledon last night while central defender Michael Raynes also limped off with a hamstring problem.

All three will be assessed today with one eye on Saturday's home game against league leaders Gillingham.
