How To Buy

From 1:00pm on Friday 2 May, the quickest and easiest way to renew your Season Ticket is online. Visit www.eticketing.co.uk/oxfordunited. Please ensure your Season Ticket Fan Number is linked to your Yellows Account. For information on linking to your Yellows Account, please click here.

For those who accrued credit via the Ticket Exchange during the 2024/25 Season, you will be able to redeem your credit at the point of purchase.

All supporters who held a 2024/25 Season Ticket can purchase a 2025/26 Season Ticket online from 1:00pm on Friday 2 May.

The renewal price is only available to those supporters who held a 2024/25 Season Ticket.

The renewal price is available until 3:00pm on Friday 6 June.

If you had a Season Ticket for the 2024/25 season, your Season Ticket seat will be reserved for renewal until 3:00pm on Friday 6 June.

After this point, any Season Ticket reservations not processed will be removed.

2025/26 Season Tickets are currently available for renewals only. Subject to availability, General Sale Season Tickets will be made available on Monday 9 June with pricing, dates, and information being released prior to this.

A waiting list has been created for those supporters who do not currently hold a 2024/25 Season Ticket. Adding yourself to the waiting list will ensure you are the first to hear about General Sale information and availability.

Those supporters who have registered for a Yellows Account will find their reserved seat within account notifications (person icon) when logging in to the ticketing site. 

From 1:00pm on Tuesday 6 May, supporters can also buy their 2025/26 Season Ticket via the Ticket Office either by calling 01865 337 533 or visiting in person.

Yes. Information on how to add supporters to your network and renew Season Tickets on behalf of others can be found HERE.

If you are purchasing on behalf of another supporter and wish to redeem their credit for their Season Ticket, you will need to log into their account to complete the purchase or contact the Ticket Office on 01865 337 533.

Supporters can spread the cost of their Season Ticket via Direct Debit or V12 Finance. 

The Direct Debit Scheme spreads the cost of the Season Ticket over 10 equal monthly instalments starting from Wednesday 2 July. 

The V12 Finance option offers supporters the opportunity to spread the cost of their Season Ticket over four or ten months. What’s more, Oxford United will cover the cost of all interest payments, meaning you don’t pay a penny over the price of your seat. Applications can only be made online - select the finance payment option at checkout.

Anyone who paid by Direct Debit last season will be automatically renewed on Thursday 22 May. If you wish to opt out, you will need to let the Ticket Office know by Wednesday 21 May.

If you would like to renew your Season Ticket but pay in full for 2025/26, please log in to your Yellows Account and renew your season ticket manually, selecting the correct payment method.

If you paid for your 2024/25 Season Ticket via Direct Debit and have credit in your account from the Ticket Exchange scheme, you will need to manually renew online, in person, or over the telephone to redeem.

All Season Ticket cards will be fulfilled digitally. Any supporter wanting a physical card will have the option to purchase one for £10.  If you purchased a physical card for the 2023/24 or 2024/25 season and your name, price class, and seat details remain the same, you can continue using the same card.

If your name, price class, or seat details have changed and you would like a new card, this will have to be purchased at a cost of £10.

Tickets will begin to be dispatched the week commencing 21 July 2025. If you have not received your Season Ticket by Wednesday 30 July 2025, please contact a member of the Ticket Office team on 01865 337 533.

You can move to any available seat around the Kassam Stadium. To do so, please contact a member of the Ticket Office team on 01865 337 533 from Tuesday 6 June, when the phone lines open.

Welcome Packs will be sent out in September. If you haven’t received your Welcome Pack by Monday 15 September, please contact a member of the Ticket Office team on 01865 337 533.

£2.00 per transaction will be applied when ordering online or over the telephone.

Over 65 – means anyone aged 65 and over as of 1 August 2025

18-24 – means anyone aged 18-24 as of 1 August 2025

Under 18 – means anyone aged 17 and under as of 1 August 2025

Under 13 – means anyone aged 12 and under as of 1 August 2025

Under 7 – means anyone aged 6 and under as of 1 August 2025

Disabled Fans - proof needed to show medium-high level disability living allowance (DLA) or (A/A), or the enhanced rate of personal independence payment (PIP).

Blue Light Card holders will need to present a valid Blue Light Card at the Ticket Office to receive their discounted rate.

All Blue Light Card Holders, irrespective of age, are entitled to a discounted rate of £265 in the South Stand Lower only. 

Blue Light Card holders can only take advantage of this discounted rate by purchasing in person at the Ticket Office, presenting a valid Blue Light Card to a member of the team. 

All 23 home league games are included in a Season Ticket. Pre-season friendlies and cup matches are NOT included with a Season Ticket and these games will need to be purchased separately, unless otherwise advertised.

Regular checks are made on concession ticket usage at the turnstiles. Any supporters purchasing age-related concession prices are advised to bring a form of identification with them to the match. Staff may challenge anyone considered not to be a genuine concession and request proof of age. Misuse of a Season Ticket may result in the holder being refused entry to or ejected from the ground in respect of a particular match and/or the cancellation and withdrawal of their Season Ticket.

The Kassam Stadium is an accessible stadium which caters for wheelchair and ambulant disabled supporters. Any supporter that may require wheelchair access or an ambulant disabled Season Ticket should contact the Club directly on 01865 337 533.

Any supporter, regardless of age, must have a Yellows Account to purchase tickets online or have tickets purchased on their behalf.

As a 2025/26 Season Ticket Holder, you will have away ticket priority, subject to availability, after the United Oxford Away Membership purchasing window.

Ticket credit earned through the Ticket Exchange scheme during the 2024/25 season must be used against a 2025/26 Season Ticket, after which, credits will be wiped to £0.

During the checkout process, you will be asked if you'd like to use your ticket credit (account balance). 

Please click 'Use Credit' to use your credit against your 2025/26 Season Ticket. Otherwise, your credit will be lost from your account.
