What is hospitality?
Hospitality is a great way to enjoy an Oxford United matchday with a little something extra. Whether you’re entertaining clients, spending time with friends or enjoying a special occasion with family, our hospitality packages offer a more premium matchday experience, from two hours before kick-off through to an hour after the final whistle.

For the 2026/27 League One season, you can choose from two hospitality options. Our Matchday Hospitality packages are available for selected fixtures and include access to our on-site restaurant, with a two-course meal included.

Icons Restaurant is available to book for the following 2026/27 home league fixtures with limited availability:

Alternatively, you can enjoy the privacy of your own Executive Box, available for any League One fixture this season – perfect for a more personal experience with your guests.

What are the timings for hospitality?
Matchday hospitality opens two hours before kick-off and closes one hour after full-time. A drinks service will be in operation until 15 minutes before kick-off.

Timings for the hospitality areas can be found on the matchday itinerary sent out by our Hospitality Team.

What is the dress code?
The dress code for hospitality is smart casual with no club colours.

When can I expect to receive my matchday hospitality tickets?
Hospitality tickets are normally dispatched one week prior to the game. This may sometimes be earlier, depending on the time of booking or local/Bank holidays.

Is there disability access?
There is a lift from the ground floor up to both levels of hospitality at the Kassam Stadium.

I’ve lost my tickets; can I get replacements?
If you have lost or not received your ticket(s) and supporting matchday information, please contact us at hospitality@oufc.co.uk

How do I get to the Kassam Stadium?
If travelling by car, please use the postcode OX4 4XP to locate the Kassam Stadium.

If you require any further travel information, please contact the Hospitality Team at hospitality@oufc.co.uk, and they will be happy to assist with your query.

How can I book an Executive Box?
There are two ways to book an Executive Box at Oxford United:

How many people does an Executive Box hold?
The Executive Boxes at Oxford United accommodate 10 people.

Is car parking included with an Executive Box?
Yes. Two car parking spaces are available with an Executive Box.

Are there food options available with an Executive Box?
Yes. You can pre-order food with your Executive Box to enjoy ahead of kick-off.

Are children allowed in Icons Restaurant?
Yes. Children are welcome in Icons Restaurant with an accompanying adult.

High chairs are available on request.

What is the menu for Icons Restaurant?
The menu will be sent to you roughly two weeks before the game. Vegetarian and vegan options are available upon request.

What if I have dietary requirements?
If you need to inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies, please send your request to us after receiving your matchday itinerary or contact hospitality@oufc.co.uk with details of your dietary requirements and the match you are attending.

Please note, all dietary requests need to be submitted at least 72 hours before the fixture.

Is car parking included with a matchday restaurant ticket?
Icons Restaurant DOES NOT include car parking. However, there are 2,000 FREE car parking spaces at the Kassam Stadium.

Do I have to be a Season Ticket Holder to enjoy the matchday restaurant?
No. Everyone is welcome in Icons Restaurant at Oxford United.

However, Season Ticket Holders benefit from a reduced rate on a restaurant ticket.

How much is Icons Restaurant?

£145 + VAT per person (minimum booking of two guests) 
£125 + VAT for 2026/27 Season Ticket Holders (minimum booking of two guests)
