Oxford United have been overwhelmed with the emotional response from fans since the death of Joey Beauchamp on Saturday.
Tributes have been paid all across social media and we have also received many emails from fans wanting to pass on their memories of one of our greatest ever players.
We want Joey’s family to know just how loved he was and so we are asking fans to help us compile a Book of Condolences for Joey’s family.
Working alongside our friends at the Oxford Mail and BBC Sport, we will collate all of the responses into a book which we will present to Joey’s daughters as a way of showing just how much he was part of the club’s history.
