Few players have ever got the fans to their feet as often as local boy Joey Beauchamp. From ballboy at the 86 Milk Cup Final to a rare band of players who have scored for the U's at both the Manor and the Kassam Stadium, Joey was as exciting a winger as United have ever had and was a huge hero to the fans.
Voted as 'Player of the Decade' for the 90s and his goal above against Blackpool voted the best ever goal at the Manor, Joey will be back with us on New Year's Day as our guest in the restaurant and to say hello to the fans at half time.
