Ricky, an August 2018 Transfer Deadline Day signing from Sheffield United, joined Oxford on loan until the end of the season. He was previously with Barnet, Portsmouth, Northampton Town and Charlton Athletic before his move to Bramall Lane in January, where he made five appearances for the Blades in the Championship. Ricky was Portsmouth’s Player of the Season in 2013/14, Charlton’s Player of the Season in 2016/17 and included in the League 2 team of the season in 2015/16.
