Libby first joined the club at 9 years old in 2011. She went on to spend 7 years at the club where she progressed through the academy from under 11s to Under 16s. After finishing in the academy she left the club at 16 to play for Bristol City Development team for two years. In the summer of 2020 she came back to Oxford where she spent the first two seasons playing within the new development squad before progressing into the first team.
