Gino joined United on a season-long loan from Slavia Prague. A product of the famous Ajax youth system, which he joined from AZ Alkmaar, he was top scorer in the 2013 Copa Amsterdam. He had a brief loan spell with Almere City, followed by a one-season loan with AS Trenčin in Slovakia. In August 2014 he joined French side Arles-Avignon and six months later returned to Trenčin. In July 2016 he signed for Slavia Prague for a fee of €1.2 million. He finished last season with a six-month loan spell at Lechia Gdańsk.
