We recently asked you to send in your questions for United skipper Adam Murray. After cornering him at the club's training ground, 'Muzza' took a few minutes out to discuss everything from donkey rides and Adam Chapman's penalty taking abilities to his role in creating Windows 7...
If Oxford went bust and you were offered a contract to play for Ian Holloway at Blackpool, would you accept it?
"Errrrrr, yeah, obviously! If I didn't have a contract here and I got offered one from a Championship club then why wouldn't I?! I could ride a donkey around the pitch and everything."
Who is the most famous person you've met?
"I haven't really ever met anybody famous to be fair. [United coach] Alan Hodgkinson is probably the most famous person I've ever met, and obviously Alan Chapman, Chris Williams and Mickey Lewis."
Who's your favourite friend on Facebook?
"Probably my brother. I love bantering with him and he's always writing stupid stuff on my wall. He'll put things like 'Adam has caught his toe in the door so he can't play football for a month'."
Has Adam Chapman stopped talking about his penalty against Rushden yet?
"Just about, yeah. We all had to put up with it for a few weeks but it seems to have died down now. It was a bit annoying."
Have you ever been mistaken for somebody else?
"I don't know how but there were a few occasions last season where I was mistaken for Eddie Hutchinson, even though I'm half his size, and it really upset me. I just want to look like Alan Chapman."
Would you consider adopting Adam Chapman and letting him call you Dad?
"I already have and he already calls me Dad. He's like another son to me. Sometimes I'll have to go to my missus and say that I'm spending the day with my oldest son, Alan, and she totally accepts it."
Which one of your team mates is most in need of one of your famous haircuts?
"I'd say that Aaron Woodley has got to get attacked at some point, but I'd love to cut Billy Turley's purely because he'd totally lose his head. Most in need is probably Sam Deering's eyebrows. Luckily I've got a lawnmower."
Ian Atkins always wanted to sign you for Oxford. Did you ever come close to signing?
"I nearly signed for him when he was at Bristol Rovers, but the closest I ever came when he was here was signing on loan. I was never close to anything more than that."
Whose boots did you have to clean as a youngster?
"Steve McClaren's. He wasn't overly particular about them like some other players could be. I think he liked me so he let me get away with quite a bit."
Do you ever find yourself singing along with the crowd during games?
"Yes! Kevin Sandwith and I were doing it during the Cambridge game the other week. I can't remember what it was that we were singing but I remember thinking it was much funnier than it probably was. I had to pay for a cup of tea out of my own money that night, and I had to queue for about fifteen minutes in the process. I just thought that I'd put that out there."
Was Windows 7 really your idea?
"It was mine and Alan Chapman's. We came up with it over morning coffee. I came up with the part about cleaning them."
Our thanks to Adam. Next up in the hot seat is keeper Ryan Clarke. For your chance to pop the question, so to speak, head on over to the official forum or email us at admin@oufc.co.uk
