Leigh is a promising centre half who joined the club from Huddersfield Town in July 2010. Originally from Scarborough Leigh was spotted playing for Bridlington and taken in to the youth set up at Huddersfield. He impressed during pre-season with the U's and joined on a loan deal that is set to take him through until January.
