Simon joined Oxford in the summer of 2010 from Huddersfield Town. After signing professional terms with the Terriers in 2007Simon moved on loan to then Blue Square Premier club Woking in November 2008. A further loan spell with League Two side Bradford City began in July 2009, with Simon making twenty-eight starts in all competitions including twenty-two in the league for the former Premier League club. An England representative at both U18 and U19 levels, the highly rated stopper will provide valuable competition for current Player of the Year Ryan Clarke between the sticks.
