United will be without both Adam Murray and James Constable as they travel to Luton Town this evening.

Skipper Murray is still struggling with a slight back problem, while top scorer Constable will miss the trip to Kenilworth Road after picking up his tenth booking of the season during Saturday's 0-0 draw with Kidderminster. Constable will also miss Saturday's Boxing Day2 game against histon

Chris Hargreaves could push for his first start since returning to the club, though he'll face stiff competition with Sam Deering performing well alongside regular midfield pairing Dannie Bulman and Simon Clist in recent weeks.

There are no changes anticipated in defence following yet another clean sheet at the weekend, but up front Chris Wilder faces a selection headache with Jamie Cook, Franny Green, Matt Green and Jack Midson all vying for inclusion in Constable's absence.

Midson looks the man likely to start in the middle; see Chris's thoughts on Jack's chance in Yellow Player.

The opposition

Luton will be looking to get back to winning ways on home soil after their last Kenilworth Road fixture ended in a shock defeat at the hands of Ebbsfleet.

The result remains their only defeat in their last five league games, with The Hatters picking up tricky away wins against Histon, Gateshead and Barrow, as well as a 4-1 home victory over Eastbourne Borough at the end of December.

Luton should be boosted by the return of Matthew Barnes-Homer after the former Kidderminster striker missed Saturday's 1-0 win at Barrow due to illness, while Frenchman Claude Gnakpa is also available.

Striker Liam Hatch and goalkeeper Mark Tyler both completed ninety minutes at Holker Street and are expected to keep their places in the starting line-up, but Kevin Gallen and Shane Blackett are both ruled out through injury.
