Youth Team Victorious

It wasn't just the first team that scored four this weekend as goals from Aaron Woodley, Connor McDonaugh and two from Sam Parish saw United's youth team run out 4-2 winners over Hereford on Saturday.

Coach Chrissy Allen was pleased with the result after his side had started the game slowly.

"It was a great game in terms of score line and the boys played great in flashes, but the first 25 was mediocre as we allowed them to have too much possession."

However, United improved in the second half with striker Aaron Woodley playing a big part in most of the four goals:

"The second half was fantastic with Aaron Woodley in particular looking very bright as he scored one, set one up with his game play, and was brought down for a penalty which we missed, but the boys were really good."
