Players staff and fans were united last night as the deadline for season ticket renewals approaches.

Jack Midson, Richard Groves, Ian Sampson, and Sam Deering joined members of Oxvox and the club staff to telephone fans who had yet to renew their season tickets for 2009/10, and to remind them that the discounted prices end at 5pm today.

Ticket Office Supervisor Dawn Wyllie told us:

"It was a very productive evening and I'd like to thank Oxvox and the players for giving up their time to help. We rang round the fans who had yet to renew and had a great response. Some of them bought their tickets there and then, others said they were coming in today but it was a nice way to be reminded, and I think people appreciated the calls, especially when they talked to the players."

Discounted prices in all areas of the ground are available until 5pm today. Season ticket holders are reminded that this is also the last time that their usual seats are reserved until.
