United look likely to be without midfielder Joe Burnell for up to four weeks.

The former Bristol City, Wycombe and Northampton man  landed awkwardly when jumping for a header on Saturday, during the 6-3 win over Eastbourne, and the damage to his ankle ligaments will keep him sidelined for around a month.

Joe told us:

"It is very frustrating. I went up for a header but the lad just nudged me off balance just before I landed, so I went over on the ankle. I tried to carry on but couldn't, and it was quite swollen straight after the game. We'll wait and see how it goes, but I don't like missing matches and will hopefully be back as quickly as possible."

Burnell joins Phil Trainer in the treatment room but there was good news for United with Jamie Guy resuming light training and Billy Turley set to see a specialist today to see if he can step up his recovery from a shoulder injury.
