FA Cup starter for Les Taylor's side
Oxford United Women return to action this weekend when they kick off their season at home to Coventry City Ladies in the Women’s FA Cup on Sunday afternoon.Les Taylor’s side ended last season in good form and will look to continue that this weekend when they welcome the Sky Blues to Abingdon United’s Northcourt Road ground on Sunday (2pm)
“We’re looking forward to it” Les said. “We have had a bit of a break and time to regroup after a decent first season in WSL and we are ready to go again. We have kept the core of players that did so well last season and Coventry will be a fantastic first test in the FA Cup before we start to concentrate on the league matches.”
Admission is just £5 adults and £2 for under 16s and over 65s with a family ticket available for just £10 (2 adults, 2 under 16s)
