TEAM NEWS
Oxford United welcome back striker Danny Hylton as they take on AFC Wimbledon at  the Kassam Stadium on Saturday.

Hylton is in contention once more having served a one game ban against Swindon on Tuesday after totting up five yellow cards. Hylton stands by to face his former club but may have to be patient after Ryan Taylor had a hand in both goals in Tuesday's win.

With Callum O'Dowda away with the Republic of Ireland under 21 side Head Coach Michael Appleton must decide who plays out wide, with Alex MacDonald a straight replacement or Kemar Roofe able to switch to a wider role. Appleton's decision may rest on the availability of Danny Rose who has been having treatment on a hip injury he picked up at Accrington last Saturday. Rose is rated 50/50 and the U's will wait until after training today to make a decision.

Sam Slocombe returns in goal having recovered from a knee injury in midweek. He replaces Benji Buchel who is away on international duty with Liechtenstein. Youngster Jack Stevens will continue on the bench as back-up for Slocombe.

See Michael Appleton, Johnny Mullins and a full Preview Show in Yellow Player HD, plus the whole game LIVE as well as extended highlights at midday on Sunday.

THE OPPOSITION
There are plenty of familiar faces in the Wimbledon side with Jon Meades, Sean Rigg and Danny Bulman all returning to the Kassam Stadium. Striker Tom Elliott is fit again after a knee injury giving boss Neal Ardley a full squad to choose from.

“It is all systems go and the squad is getting back to where it should be" he told the official Wimbledon website. "It is an exciting game. We are going away to a top-five team in really good form and they are one of the better teams in the league. It will tell us a little bit about where we are.

“They will have a threat as Kemar Roofe is playing well and we know all about Danny Hylton. They also have Ryan Taylor and a young lad they signed on loan from Wolves called Jordan Graham. I liked him when he was at Villa and he was a talent back when he was playing for England Under-16s. They also have Liam Sercombe in midfield and are not conceding many goals.

“Oxford had a very good summer and they did very good business. They look a decent team. We feel that we had a decent summer too though and that we are finding our feet. I think both teams are better than they were last season."
